Born and raised in Nashville, Andy knows Music City like the back of his hand. He graduated Vanderbilt Magna Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa in 2020 and is currently pursuing his masters in construction management from the University of Tennessee Chattanooga.
Andy is focused on multifamily, land, and development with an eye on anything that can help tackle the affordable housing crisis, his passion. Off-site construction, pre-fabrication, unique financing arrangements, tiny homes, and any other unique strategies in the housing space are his speciality. Talk to him about building science and lean construction as methods to build environmentally sustainable and economically affordable places to live.
In his free time, Andy loves to play guitar, piano, and trombone. While at Vanderbilt, he was on a performance Latin Dance team and still likes to salsa. He also is a mazer, a brewer of home-made meads, which is a type of wine made from honey. He is fluent in Spanish and Mandarin.
